Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how VERQANO systems, communications and services may be used.

Last updated: September 2026

This document is a structured working draft for the VERQANO website foundation. It requires final legal review before commercial launch, and company and trading details will be confirmed at that point.

1. Lawful use

Systems configured by VERQANO must be used lawfully and in line with applicable UK regulations, including data protection and electronic marketing rules.

2. Customer communications

You are responsible for holding an appropriate lawful basis or consent before contacting your customers through any configured messaging, email or telephone workflow, and for honouring opt-out requests promptly.

3. Prohibited activity

Systems must not be used for unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading or deceptive content, harassment, unlawful data collection, infringement of third-party rights, or any attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to systems.

4. Fair use

Support, configuration work and any included allowances are provided on a fair-use basis appropriate to the plan purchased. Sustained use beyond that level may require a plan change.

5. Third-party platforms

Where a system connects to third-party platforms, you must also comply with those providers' own terms and policies.

6. Enforcement

Where use breaches this policy, we may suspend affected workflows or services while the matter is resolved, and may end the engagement in serious or repeated cases.

7. Contact
